The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) SIG provides many opportunities for LMA members interested in creating DEI-related marketing and business development initiatives, building and empowering diverse teams, and personally connecting with other members who are passionate about being an advocate for DEI in the legal industry.

Programming - The DEI SIG hosts quarterly programs focused on timely topics and challenges as it relates to DEI in the legal world.

Member Resource Groups (MRGs) – LMA offers members three MRGs – Allies, LGBTQ+ and Members of Color - to support the varying personal and professional needs of our diverse LMA community. Each MRG is comprised of members who want to share about their experiences and explore DEI-related themes in a psychologically safe forum led by trained volunteer facilitators. Learn more about each of our MRGs here.

Communications - Learn more about LMA’s diverse membership by visiting the DEI page and the DEI Resource Center to access the most prominent, leading sources of information on diversity, equity and inclusion within the legal industry. Most of the resources available on the Resource Center have been recommended and personally vetted by other members.
