Reasons for Presenting:
Legal marketing professionals are influencers in the national justice system. Their ability to provide marketing and engagement services for legal firms and their clientele is crucially important to many in need of legal services during some of the most trying or complicated times in their lives. It was a no-brainer to support the personal and professional leadership growth with my topic of Leadership DNA, given the work of legal marketing professionals.
Program Points of Emphasis:
This program will emphasize (1) determining our preferred expressive and receptive communication style, and (2) ways for us to integrate multiple styles into how we transmit information to meet the preferences of others in a hands-on way.
One Desired Takeaway for Attendees:
A potential takeaway will be immediate practical lessons in using equity-centered design and cultivating trustworthiness when we learn more about our own leadership styles.
