Presented at the LMA TWxSW Regional Conference in Las Vegas on October 24, 2024, the seventh annual YHA program recognized the creativity, innovation, and hard work of law firms and individuals who have made significant contributions to the legal marketing profession.

Business Development Campaign Award: Adams and Reese, “AR Academy”
Adams and Reese’s “AR Academy” is a dual-track, six-part webinar program that empowers associates and partners to hone their business development skills and leverage the firm's marketing resources. The program was so successful that it has been renewed for a second season. The judges praised the Adams and Reese team for the planning and rollout of the project, noting that it was a "very creative and thoughtful approach" and clearly establishes "a firm best practice with year-over-year repeat."
Marketing & Communications Campaign Winner: Dykema
Dykema’s "One Minute Matters” project featured short, informative videos, delivered by attorneys, which have delivered impressive results, including 3,000 views per video on LinkedIn and a 125% increase in attorney bio page traffic. The judges noted that the campaign's goals of offering value-driven insights and a sense of connection were well-achieved by the data.
Marketing & Communications Campaign Honorable Mention: Adams and Reese
Adams and Reese’s "Vets to Ventures" program started with a conversation between two veterans at an Adams and Reese Associate Networking Mixer and leveraged various platforms to provide valuable legal information and resources to veterans transitioning back into civilian life, specifically those seeking to start businesses. The judges praised the program as a "very creative way to involve veteran attorneys and showcase their military history and knowledge."
Marketing Technology Campaign Winner: Jackson Walker
Jackson Walker’s AI-powered industry mapping project was part of a larger effort to re-orient Jackson Walker's go-to-market strategy around the primary industries the firm serves most frequently. By automating the process of assigning SIC codes to clients, the firm has gained valuable insights into its industry focus and can now more effectively target new business opportunities. The judges commended the project as a "brilliant use of AI in a very complex and needed exercise" and an "excellent example of internal use of AI for improving business processes."
