The Bay Area Chapter is now accepting nominations for 2016 Chapter Board. Participation in the Chapter leadership is a great way to improve your network and ensure that the Chapter continues to meet your needs.
To be eligible, you must be a current member of LMA - Bay Area Chapter, and a member in good standing of the Legal Marketing Association and LMA - Bay Area Chapter for at least one year. Bring your strategic thinking, creative drive and enthusiasm. We are looking for people with a passion for the legal marketing industry and the Chapter.
Submission Deadline: Friday, July 10, 2015
Procedure
A board slate will be presented to the membership for voting at the end of August as a part of the LMA International voting process. Board terms of service begin on January 1, 2016, and run for one year, unless otherwise noted.
The Chapter Membership will vote to elect the following open Board positions:
- President Elect (Three year term: 2016 President Elect, 2017 President, 2018 Immediate Past President)
- Secretary (One year term)
- Member at Large (One year term, 2 open positions)
The Executive Committee includes the above roles, as well as President, Immediate Past President and Treasurer (currently serving second of two-year term).
If you would like to serve in a board or committee position, please review the information found in the 2016 Board Nomination Instructions and submit your 2016 Nomination Form by July 10, 2015. The nominating committee will contact you by July 24, 2015 to discuss your nomination.
