COVID-19 has increased the number of virtual interviews significantly, and this will likely be how interviewing will continue for 2020 and some of 2021. While virtual interviews themselves are not new, they have typically only been relied upon as a last resort during the interview process; nothing beats the in-person meetings during those high-stakes moments. Now, virtual interviews are the first and only resort. Given this, performance needs to match this new normal and any perceptions of inexperience or uncomfortableness will be judged more harshly. This webinar will help you understand how to best prepare and position yourself for the remote interview process. It will provide tips on how to make you as comfortable and successful in this environment as you can be. Virtual interviews can be practiced for and they can be done really successfully.
Learning Outcomes:
* How to prepare for a virtual interview
* Considerations for virtual interviews
* How to best follow-up
