As there are many questions regarding the Florida Bar Rules changes and the LMASE webinar featuring Elizabeth Tarbert is not until Feb. 16, I recommend those of you who have questions that need answered quickly, contact the Florida Bar directly. The Florida Bar Ethics Hotline is 800-235-8619.
They are very helpful, and the best first resource for questions. I recommend everyone collect their questions as well for the webinar as it will be an opportunity to address unconsidered situations and hear differing perspectives as well.
