Good Morning Small Firm SIG Members,
We wanted to reach out to remind you that you can manage the number and frequency of communications you receive from this SIG. As a SIG member, you can choose from a number of subscription options that range from receiving just one digest email every day to one email each time someone posts in the SIG.
To update your email preferences for each SIG you are a member of, you’ll want to first navigate to your subscriptions page. You can get to this page one of two ways:
- Via a SIG email:
At the bottom of an email you have received from a SIG, click on the link “Manage your subscription.”
- Via the LMA website:
Log in to the LMA website, then select the drop-down “My Options” in the upper-right-hand corner. From there, select “My Subscriptions.”
Once you are on your subscriptions page, you will see a tab called “Forum Subscriptions.” From here, select the edit icon next to the name of your SIG. You can then choose the type of notification you would like to receive when posts are made within the SIG. Your options include:
Immediate Email: This option will send you any forum posts directly to your email account as soon as they are received. This includes one email when a new thread is started, and one email each time a reply is shared within the thread.
Immediate Digest with Links: This option will send directly to your email account the first 100 characters of any forums posts as soon as they are received. A link to the full post and any attachments will be provided.
Summary Digest: This option will send you a digest directly to your email account once per day listing the titles from any forum posts received during that day. Links will be provided to view the full forum post within the system.
Full Digest with Attachments: This option will send you a digest directly to your email account once per day with the full text from any forum posts received during that day, and all of the attachments from those posts.
Full Digest with Links: This option will send you a digest directly to your email account once per day with the full text from any forum posts received during that day, and links to download any of the attachments from those posts.
Immediate Email on Thread Creation: This option will send you an email when a new thread is created in the topic selected.
