You may not remember, but you expressed interest some time ago about joining the LMA Competitive Intelligence Shared Interest Group (“SIG”). The idea behind creating SIGs was to enhance knowledge exchange and networking amongst LMA members.
The Competitive Intelligence SIG has not been active for some time and we would like to revitalize this group. Given the continued need for this important function in law firms, knowledge in this area is key for our members.
Would you like to use your knowledge of the industry to work with the LMA education staff team and lead this group? Your time would be minimal, and would be substantive in nature. We need two leaders to work with the staff team in developing relevant, market-oriented programs. You would not be responsible for the logistical planning – that is where we have staff support.
