Future Leaders SIG: Annual Conference Highlights & Law Firm Structures

With the annual conference behind us at this point, we’ll set aside a brief 5-10 minutes at the beginning of the meeting to talk through any highlights or address any questions about it. From there, we’ll talk through marketing and business development department firm structures in the industry, different roles within the departments, experiences at large firms v. small firms/one man shops, headcount totals, and what the future may hold for these departments and roles.
