 Annie Berger is a recruiting and project manager based in New York City, and grew up outside of Philadelphia. She has 10 years of marketing and business development experience in professional services firms, including both law firms and technology consulting firms. Annie’s background in marketing and strong focus on business development has equipped her with an insider’s view on how candidates can excel in the professional services environment. Prior to focusing her career on search and recruitment, Annie was an Assistant Director of Business Development and Marketing at Morgan Lewis. Having started her legal marketing career as a marketing assistant for a mid-sized global firm, Annie has seen marketing and business development functions from nearly every level and understands the skills that are necessary for legal marketing professionals to grow their careers.

Jason Mulgrew, Director of Business Development and Marketing, Morgan Lewis

Jason Mulgrew is a business development and marketing professional with more than 14 years of experience in major global law firms as a strategy and management leader. He is currently the Director of Business Development and Marketing for the corporate/transactional practices at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, with a staff supporting more than 260 partners and 600 lawyers in 28 offices worldwide, splitting his time between the Philadelphia and New York offices of the firm. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, he spent 13 years at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York, where he was head of the Business Development group of the Marketing Department and led the BD team across all practice areas and firm offices globally.
