Payment Policy
Payment must be received in full by Friday, October 19, 2018. To pay by check, please select the “pay by check” option on the registration site and send check(s) made payable to LMA. Substitutions
If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your firm. All requests for substitutions must be made via email to LMANortheast@legalmarketing.org. Substitutions after Friday, October 19, 2018 will be processed on-site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Written requests for registration refunds must be received via email toLMANortheast@legalmarketing.org on or before Friday, October 19, 2018. No refunds will be made after Friday, October, 19, 2018 (name substitutions only). Refunds are not given for no-shows.
