PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Have you successfully implemented your CRM system only to struggle with keeping the attention of your users—especially the attorneys—post rollout? Which strategies have worked at other firms? What pitfalls should you be avoiding? In this presentation our panel of experienced in-house CRM professionals will share their war stories both  successes and failures.  We will cover tips and best practices including:

  • What CRM information provides value for attorneys and professional staff and how can you promote it?
  • What types of ongoing CRM system training are effective for attorneys and staff?
  • How often should you be sending out follow-up communications with helpful CRM tips?
  • What types of incentives actually work?

Special guests, Chris Fritsch and Laura Hester from ClientsFirst Consulting will be participating in the roundtable.

John Barber of White and Williams LLP will moderate the discussion. We invite you to submit questions via email to (barberj@whiteandwilliams.com) prior to this program.
