Job Description:

As part of a small, hands-on collaborative team reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, this position is responsible for maintaining and ensuring data integrity across all marketing systems and tools, in adherence to the firm's marketing technology and firm standards. The Data Quality and Analytics Specialist has an in-depth understanding of how data is shared amongst all marketing technology systems, identifying truth of source and ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date and accurate. This position is responsible for reviewing, correcting, deleting, entering, and maintaining high-quality client/target contact data within the Firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, InterAction. Further, the Specialist will provide training and resource materials for each system to enforce style guides and standards promoting quality of data and best practices. Data systems include, but are not limited to: CRM (InterAction), SharePoint, Proposal and Experience Tools (ANSOR), CMS (SiteCore), and FileSite. In addition the Specialist will provide in-depth analytics related to marketing technology systems to allow attorneys and marketing professionals to better formulate business development strategies. 

The Specialist works closely with the Database and CRM Administrator and the Digital Marketing Specialist to develop marketing style guides, execute quality control activities, and develop adoption initiatives and data flow processes. 

The incumbent must be a highly collaborative, proactive, process-oriented individual with a focused attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with strict adherence to deadlines. This role requires the ability to work independently, however also, have the ability to foster a team approach and build strong working relationships. 

Required Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent research and analytical skills using the firm’s internal and external sources; will be very detail oriented and organized with the focus to sustain a high level of quality and consistency at all times; excellent oral and written communication skills and will have the ability to communicate effectively with attorneys, administrative assistants, and marketing colleagues.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task projects and be flexible to work overtime to complete necessary and time sensitive tasks. 

Required Experience:

Requirements include college or technical training with 5-7 years of database and technology marketing experience, preferably CRM system experience (i.e. InterAction), and a general technology aptitude; advanced level of Excel and data manipulation; a general understanding of CRM and databases and knowledge of HTML and CMS is a plus.
