On May 25th, the Silicon Valley City Group of the LMA Bay Area Chapter will be hosting an In-House Counsel Summit, titled The Client Perspective: What In-House Counsel Want from Their Law Firms. 

Moderated by David Bruns, Director of Client Services at Farella Braun+Martell LLP and 2016 LMA Hall of Fame inductee, panelists from Facebook, ServiceRocket and ZScaler will share their insights on a variety of topics, including getting and keeping the attention of in-house counsel, alternative fees, client service, changing service delivery models and mistakes to avoid. The speakers will also discuss their frustrations and expectations when working with outside counsel and share best practices.
