Maggie Watkins, Chief Business Development/Marketing Officer, Letterman White Consulting
Maggie Watkins has over 20 years of experience providing marketing and business development services to law firms and other professional service organizations, both internally and externally as a consultant. Most recently, she worked at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP, an Am Law 200 law firm with nearly 500 lawyers located in eight offices in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee and the District of Columbia, in both capacities. As the firm's Chief Business Development & Marketing Officer, she was responsible for all of the firm's business development, marketing and communications initiatives.
Prior to joining Bradley Arant, Ms. Watkins was the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer at the law firm of Best Best & Krieger LLP; the Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Marketing and Communications at LECG, an international publicly traded expert services and consulting firm; and President of Meritas, a global alliance of 175 independent full service business law firms in 80 countries, encompassing 5,000+ lawyers. She also has tenure with a large regional law firm and several local and international accounting and insurance firms.
Ms. Watkins is a seasoned professional services executive with strategic planning, marketing, sales and business development, client relations, public relations, communications, and community relations expertise. She focuses on metrics and analytics to drive revenue and change lawyer behavior.
Ms. Watkins is an active volunteer in professional and community organizations. On a national level, she is a past President of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the Association of Accounting Marketing (AAM). She has served on numerous boards such as the Alzheimer's Association (Chair), Corporate Directors Forum, Girl Scouts, American Heart Association, Project Concern International, to name a few. She currently sits on the boards of the ABA Law Practice Division's Women Rainmaker's Committee, Leadership California and the International Bipolar Foundation.
A frequent speaker, Ms. Watkins regularly addresses management, professional and non-profit groups on a variety of topics. She has received many honors including "Women Who Mean Business," "Marketing Professional of The Year," "Cool Woman" and she was one of San Diego Magazine's "50 to Watch."
Ms. Watkins is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles. She and her husband Bob have four dogs: Winston, Bernie, Barney and Mr. Bojangles.

Michael Hinchcliffe, AIA LEED AP, Associate Principal, Payette
Michael first joined Payette in 1994, and has since developed significant experience bringing great design to technically complex project typologies. From environments for advanced teaching, research, pharmaceutical development, imaging and specialized healthcare, he is skilled in leading large design and consultant teams.
Several years of practice in San Francisco, with MBT Architecture and Leddy Maytum Stacey, resulted in an early and deep commitment toward sustainable design and meticulous detailing and material selection.
Michael is also committed to integrating research, education and mentoring into daily practice. He is a regular critic for design studios at Wentworth Institute of Technology and a frequent speaker at major industry conferences. He is also an active member of the Boston Society of Architects committees on healthcare and the environment. Within Payette he leads multiple research, communications and mentorship initiatives.
David Rosenblatt, Managing Partner, Burns & Levinson
David Rosenblatt is Managing Partner of Burns & Levinson. His practice involves all phases of environmental law, including hazardous waste litigation and negotiation, permitting, and resolving environmental issues in real estate and corporate transactions. He frequently appears before the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection on a wide range of environmental matters.
Mr. Rosenblatt is particularly experienced in representing large defense groups in litigation and negotiation in complex Superfund cases. He has served as common counsel to such defense groups for Superfund sites located throughout New England and in other parts of the country. Mr. Rosenblatt's experience also includes representing buyers, sellers, and financiers of contaminated property in which he functions to structure and negotiate agreements that address the environmental liabilities in such a way that transactions can proceed.
Jane Steinmetz, Principal, New England Market Segment Leader, EY
Jane is a principal in Ernst & Young's Financial Services Tax Practice and leads the Ernst & Young national indirect tax practice for the financial services industry. She is also the EY New England Markets Leader for financial services, working across assurance, advisory and tax.
Jane has consulted with a diverse array of taxpayers, principally in the financial services industry, on state tax matters for twenty years. Her consultation has involved high profile controversy matters, nexus considerations, large scale compliance functions, apportionment nuances, and driving legislative state tax developments of critical importance to the industry. Jane has also served as a state tax consultant for various industry organizations such as the Associated Industry of Massachusetts, Boston Chamber of Commerce, Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation, Massachusetts High Tech Council, Managed Funds Association, Investment Company Institute and National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
In her resident state, Jane is a leading expert in Massachusetts taxation, and works closely with the business community, Department of Revenue, Legislature and Governor's Administration on tax policy matters. For example, in 2007, Jane was elected to serve as a commissioner on Governor Patrick's Massachusetts Tax Commission, which was charged with reviewing recommendations relative to significant tax changes subsequently enacted in 2008.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Jane led the East Region Indirect tax practice at another "Big 4," and formerly was the national state tax leader of the asset management and real estate practices at that firm. Earlier in her career, Jane was a tax attorney at the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services. Jane is a frequent speaker for the Council on State Taxation, Tax Executive Institute, Investment Company Institute and Massachusetts Taxpayers Foundation.
Jane earned a B.S. in accounting from Rhode Island College and her J.D and LL.M from Boston University School of Law.
