How did you get into Legal Marketing?

I got into the field of legal marketing when I started working for Looney & Grossman LLP.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Every day is different, you never know what is going to come up.

What is one of your favorite pastimes?
I love to read. I am always reading, on the train, on my lunch, in the evening on the couch, everywhere and anywhere. I really enjoy a story I cannot predict and having been an avid reader for so many years it is rare, but wonderful to be surprised by a books ending.

Pick three words to describe yourself.

Reliable, patient, hilarious (at least I think so).

What was your first paying job?
I did a lot of work for the cemetery of my hometown. For two summers I mowed lawns and on rainy days I did data entry, digitalizing the cemetery records. My Dad liked to tell people it was my first job and I already had 400 people under me.

If you were to take a sabbatical, what would you do with your time?

I would travel. I visited Barcelona on my honeymoon a few years ago and I would love to go back to spend more time there and explore the country of Spain more thoroughly.

If you had a super hero power, what would it be?
I would want to be a shapeshifter. That way I could change into any animal or being I want, from a fly on the wall to an elephant.

What actress would play you in a movie?
I would love Jennifer Lawrence to play me in a movie, but she’s probably a bit too young!

What is your favorite board game?

I love playing any board game with my nephew (6 yrs old). He is constantly changing the rules, which always keeps the game interesting!

What are you most looking forward to about being in the 2014 LMA-New England Future Leaders Fellowship program?

I am looking forward to meeting and working with interesting and experienced people who are in the legal marketing field. I am sure there is a lot to learn!
