Trekking through torrential rains and unfazed by flash flood warnings, LMANE Boston members gathered on July 18 at Morton's Steakhouse in the Seaport District for the annual Summer Social.
The festive event, sponsored by Gittings Legal and Law Practice Consultants, brought together new and veteran members for an evening of hors d'oeuvres, refreshments and good cheer. The 60 attendees created a vibrant, high-spirited atmosphere despite the disappointment of the inclement weather forcing the social indoors.
Boston Local Steering Committee Chair Savannah Alden commented, “We had an excellent turnout, and it was wonderful to see so many friends and colleagues from Boston and beyond! The social is a wonderful opportunity to spend time with some of our newest members as the relaxed atmosphere allows for more networking."
LMANE is in full planning mode for the 2018 LMA Northeast Regional Conference, scheduled for Oct. 25–26 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Boston. And LMANE Boston has a thought-provoking lunch program scheduled for September 18 on Building Law Firm Growth Through Diversity.
