As 2014 wrapped up several members of our Small Firm/Solo Marketer SIG expressed interest in a meeting dedicated to a discussion on “analytics.” As we were talking and planning, we learned that the term analytics has evolved and become intertwined with other key performance indicators (KPI). We want to hear from each of you, in an open forum, about how your firms are tracking analytics and/or KPIs and how this information is being used.
