The Bay Area Chapter is now accepting nominations for 2014 Chapter Board and Committee Chair positions. Participation in the Chapter leadership is a great way to improve your network and ensure that the Chapter continues to meet your needs.
To be eligible, you must be a member in good standing; a member of LMA for at least one year; and a current member of the LMA - Bay Area Chapter. Bring your strategic thinking, creative dive and enthusiasm. We are looking for people with a passion for the legal marketing industry and the Chapter.
Submission Deadline: Friday, July 19, 2013
Procedure:
A board slate will be presented to the membership for voting in September as a part of the LMA International voting process. Board terms of service begin on January 1, 2014 and run for one year, unless otherwise noted.
We will be voting to elect the following four open Board positions:
- President Elect (Three year term: 2014 President Elect, 2015 President, 2016 Immediate Past President)
- Secretary (One year term)
- Member at Large (One year terms: two open positions)
The Executive Committee includes the above roles, as well as President, Immediate Past President and Treasurer.
If you would like to serve in a board or committee position, please review the information found in the “2014 Board Nomination Instructions” document and submit your Nomination Form by July 19, 2013. The nominating committee will contact you before July 26, 2013, to discuss your nomination.
