Reports to: Executive Director

Responsibilities: 

This is an exciting position for an extremely organized, enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual. The firm is made up of tremendous attorneys and staff who work as a team.  

Responsibilities to include: 

  • Coordinate and work with attorneys and graphic designer on design of charitable and firm related ads.
  • Design and purchase firm marketing products for client distribution.
  • Assist the attorneys with marketing related research on clients and target clients
  • Assist the firm with social media accounts.
  • Regular maintenance of the firm's active website and Blogs, including lawyer bios and head-shots.
  • Organize and help with the successful execution of client events including Firm seminars, industry events and webinars. Organize all aspects of events from invitation and registration to successful execution.
  • Maintenance of the firm's and individual attorneys' event calendar.
  • Design and issuance of email client bulletins and various correspondences to clients.
  • Maintenance of the firm's mailing lists.
  • Coordinate photography for firm website and at individual lawyer speaking events.
  • Assistance with development of marketing collateral materials.
  • Facilitate annual holiday card mailing.
  • Create and edit Firm monthly newsletter.
  • Oversee and coordinate firm Chambers, Best Lawyers, Super Lawyersand related directory listings (submissions when needed and updating).
  • Maintain firm's visual identity program to insure the brand is strong and consistent on all platforms.
  • Serve as professional and helpful ambassador of the firm.
  • Liaison and report to Executive Director of the Firm. 

Qualifications: 

  • 4-year degree from college or university (helpful if majored in marketing or communications).
  • Enthusiastic "can-do" attitude towards work.
  • Outstanding eye for detail and tremendous writing and verbal /communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is able to juggle numerous assignments and prioritize them.
  • 1-3 years experience working in marketing or communications in a professional firm setting. Law firm experience a plus!
  • Confident experience with various computer programs including knowledge of MS Office (world, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) Adobe Professional, Photoshop
