Generational Marketing: Strategies and Tactics for Engagement with Boomers, Gen Xers and Millennials

Back by popular demand from the 2014 LMA Annual Conference in Orlando, Jonathan Fitzgarrald, Chief
Marketing Officer at Greenberg Gluskser, and Heather Morse, Director of Marketing at Barger & Wolen
LLP, will host a webinar on generational marketing on July 9 at 11:30 a.m. CST.

“Generational Marketing: Strategies and Tactics for Engagement with Boomers, Gen Xers and
Millennials” will explore these three generations as they pertain to the acquisition of legal services.

The business landscape now includes these three distinct generations of consumers, and each of
these groups has their own distinct preferences for how they receive and process information, and
make purchasing decisions. Successful marketers are not only familiarizing themselves with unique
characteristics of each generation, they are now customizing their messages to simultaneously persuade
and motivate these generations separately. During this program, you will learn specific strategies and
tactics to ensure your messages are crafted and delivered in a way to reach the right purchaser in the right way.

We will also explore how Generation X are taking on roles as business and thought leaders within our
law firms such as managing partners, committee chairs, and CMOs, and how their rise in leadership will
impact our business models and our professional careers.

Key audience takeaways:
• Understanding of the three generations of purchasers of legal services;
• How to construct and tailor your communications to ensure that your messages are heard;
• The best delivery devices for your communications; and,
• Understand the impact of retiring Baby Boomers and the rise of Generation X as leaders
including how you can prepare yourself and your career for this generation shift.

Registration for the webinar is $20.00 for LMASE members and $40.00 for non-LMASE members. To
