Doing good in our communities

This year, LMAO members participated in two programs designed to help make a different in the lives of children in - and aging out of - the Ohio foster care system.

Fill This House

LMAO members have displayed their generosity by contributing numerous household items to Fill This House, which helps for foster kids who are turning 18 and leaving the foster care program.

Salvation Army Christmas Angels

Every November for more than a decade, a family of volunteers in Pickerington, Ohio, work with the Salvation Army to organize donations for hundreds of foster kids who otherwise receive nothing for Christmas. LMAO members across the state bought wish-list items for Austin, the 12-year-old boy LMAO adopted this year.

Thanks to everyone who gave generously to these two worthy programs!
