We have several Sponsorship Levels to meet your company’s or firm’s marketing and promotional needs.
Our program is designed to provide you the ability to connect with attendees and decision makers. The conference includes:
- VIP Event. This cocktail party and dinner is open to Terabyte and Gigabyte level sponsors to meet CMOs and decision makers.
- Premium branding opportunities. You can sponsor the cocktail reception, lunch, conference bags and more. Check out the premium opportunities.
- Central location and floor layout. Registration, breaks and the final reception are all held in the exhibition area.
- Passport to prizes and sponsor drawings. The Passport to Prizes encourages all attendees to visit your table exhibit space and connect with you. In addition, you may include your own sponsor drawings, which will be held at the end of the conference.
- Attendee contact information. You will be provided attendee contact information before and after the event.
- Advertising and exposure. All sponsor logos and/or descriptions are included in the program, the conference website, and in our advertisements. The earlier that you you commit to a sponsorship, the more exposure you will get.
