At Cordes & Company, financial and management professionals provide prompt and expert support for businesses in distress, transition and litigation – as well as their lenders. Kristin Dalmy is director of business development and marketing with the firm.
Kristin is responsible for raising awareness within the business, legal, and lending communities of Cordes’ expertise in receivership services, real estate asset management, special assets and workout services, business valuations, litigation support, financial evaluation and restructuring, and merger and acquisition due diligence support.
Before joining Cordes, Kristin applied her considerable business development and marketing skills within the legal industry – for law firms Perkins Coie and Faegre & Benson in the Denver metro area, as well as Orrick, Herington & Sutcliffe in New York. She also worked at law firms in Washington, DC, and Boston.
Kristin is a leader and active member of the Legal Marketing Association. She is a past-president of the LMA Rocky Mountain Chapter. She was on the board of the LMA Mid-Atlantic Chapter and technology chair of the LMA New England Chapter.
Kristin holds a degree in language and literature from the University of Arizona. She holds a certificate in international business law from the American University of Paris.
Outside the office, Kristin enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, speaking foreign languages, and spending time with her family.
