Linda Moss, Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer, and Tony Marion, Marketing Operations Director, took home not one, but two pieces of Your Honors Award hardware on behalf of Detroit-based Dykema at last month’s Annual Conference in New Orleans. The firm won First Place honors in the Communications: Promotional and Collateral Materials category for its “Reimagined Alumni Program,” a multi-channel business development initiative focusing on maintaining sustainable relationships with departed lawyers. Dykema also placed second in the Marketing Management and Leadership: Internal Marketing for its "Quick Start Lateral Integration Program,” another business development-oriented program aimed at achieving a smooth and profitable transition for new lateral attorneys.
