Job Posting: Entry Level Marketing Associate, The TASA Group

The TASA Group, a legal services company celebrating 60 years as a leader in the expert witness referral industry, is seeking a highly motivated marketing associate to report directly to the director of marketing. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing with an experience working in the legal profession.

The candidate must be an excellent communicator, have decision making skills, able to work in a team environment and independently (if necessary), and a selfstarter with the ambition to learn our unique business, in order to assist in providing a full circle of marketing.

Requirements:

  • Able to take direction and translate into actionable items
  • BA in English Writing or Marketing
  • Google AdWords an Analytics
  • Proficient in writing copy, editing/proofreading a multitude of documents (letters, ad copy, contracts, etc.), creative development of brochures, ads, weekly emails, web pages, webinars (scripts and Power Point presentations) are all mandatory functions of this position.
  • Able to take ownership of the entire webinar process, from start to completion – generating topics, contacting experts, working with the expert to develop a 60minute presentation, coordinate delivery of all materials to submit to the different State Bars for credit, schedule webinar practices and actual webinars, host webinars, follow up with expert, etc.Ability to seek out and research possible opportunities to spread the TASA name events,organizations, CLE seminars, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors.
  • Maintain excellent relationship with our legal organizations

Some travel to conventions and CLE seminars is required.
