LMASE is proud to announce a new member benefit - LMASE Mentor Match! We heard your feedback from the recent Salary Survey and created a mentoring program to fit your needs. We will pair up mentors and mentees after you complete the forms below (separate forms for mentors and mentees) based on a few quick questions about what you're looking to get out of your mentoring relationship. Mentor Matches will have access to mentoring resources to make your experience a success. After one year, Matches have the opportunity to be paired with another LMASE member or continue with their current relationship. You can choose someone in your city group or in another location. We will organize opportunities for you to meet your Match if they are local and at the upcoming Regional Conference in Nashville as well. We hope you will take advantage of this exceptional member only benefit.
