Burns & Levinson LLP, a mid-sized law firm in downtown Boston, is seeking a Marketing Communications Manager who has demonstrated drive, dedication and professionalism to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development Department.
Under limited supervision this position works closely with the Director of Marketing & Business Development and is responsible for driving the firm’s brand and content strategies through various marketing channels. The manager will also be responsible for working with lawyers to develop and implement communications programs to meet business development objectives, as well as collaborating with outside vendors/consultants, and other internal administrators and professional staff. This position requires very strong writing and editing capabilities, media savvy and the ability to work with members of the firm at all levels.
Position requires 5-7+ years of marketing communications experience. Law firm or other professional services experience preferred. Bachelors degree required. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite, contact management systems, social media platforms and online search tools.
Individual must be an energetic self-starter and team-player with an exemplary client service attitude. Will exhibit sound judgment, excellent project management and analytical skills. Candidate will be poised and unflappable in handling interpersonal interactions. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize work, meet demanding deadlines and display excellent attention to detail while remaining strategic.
