THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST, NOMINATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.
In conjunction with our 20th anniversary, we are introducing the Metropolitan New York LMA Awards. These awards will seek to honor individuals and groups of members who have achieved distinction through service to our chapter over the course of the previous year. The categories are:
- Committee of the Year (for outstanding chapter committee)
- Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Year (for outstanding chapter SIG)
- Thought Leader of the Year (for outstanding contributor to the chapter and industry through writing, speaking or other substantive contribution)
- Legacy Award (for longstanding contributor who has left a distinguishable mark on the chapter)
- Future Leader of the Year (for outstanding contributions by a junior member likely to hold a future leadership position in the chapter)
- Member of the Year (our top honor, for outstanding contributions by an individual member)
All current members in good standing of the Metropolitan New York LMA are eligible for these prestigious awards, and are encouraged to submit nominations. You may also nominate yourself, a Committee, or a SIG in which you participated. To submit a nomination, simply send an email identifying the award category and provide a brief summary supporting your recommended nominee to Sue Russon, NYLMA Business Manager.
The deadline for nominations is Monday, February 13, at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Awards will be presented at the Chapter's 20th Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday, February 28.
