Ballard Spahr is seeking two talented marketing professionals to join our Business and Finance Department marketing team located in Philadelphia.
The chosen candidate will work directly with the Business and Finance Marketing Mangers to coordinate department marketing activities including updating and maintaining marketing collateral; preparing and coordinating directory submissions; conducting business development research and analysis; and preparing pitch materials and RFP responses.
Qualified candidates will be energetic and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet established deadlines. Strong project management, communication skills and experience working with databases and document management applications are essential. A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years' experience in law firm or other professional services firm required.
