Top Southern New Jersey law firm is seeking a part-time (10 hours a week) client relation’s manager.
Responsibilities to include:
- Serving as an ambassador to clients and new clients with respect to the delivery of outstanding legal service.
- Assistance with communications such as welcome kit, birthday cards and client newsletter.
- Assist with maintenance of firm mailing list.
- Assist with outreach program to past clients.
- Work with firm's marketing consultant to identify and execute business development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree, tremendous interpersonal and organizational skills and a "can-do" attitude. Candidates should demonstrate great people skills and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to the firm's clients.
($40+ an hour depending on credentials)
