LMA AFFILIATION
Connie has been a member of the Legal Marketing Association from 1996-2000 and again since 2003. She served on the Board of Directors of the Legal Marketing Association Rocky Mountain Chapter from 2004-2011, including two consecutive years as president.
Connie is the LMA Membership Chair in 2012. She is happy to answer questions about LMA, share her historical perspective about the legal marketing profession, and generally serve as a mentor and advisor.
FIRM AFFILIATION
Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell is a 65+-lawyer, Denver-based law firm that handles complex civil litigation, including trials, appeals, class actions, multidistrict litigation, and arbitrations, on a national scale. The firm serves as national or regional trial counsel to several of the nation’s best-known companies. WTO also represents lawyers, doctors, and other professionals in the defense of professional liability claims. In the past eight years, WTO has been voted among the 10 best places to work in Denver in its size category, including two years as the number one firm.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
At WTO, Connie is responsible for the firm’s strategic marketing plan, firm identity, business development initiatives, external communications, internal communications, public relations, and community involvement. She is a founder and the Executive Director of the Wheeler Trigg O’Donnell Foundation.
Connie has divided her 30+-year law firm career among legal marketing, legal administration, and law librarianship and information management. Prior to joining WTO in 2003, Connie was the director of human resources at Davis Graham & Stubbs. She also spent 19 years at Holland & Hart where she held various positions, including assistant director of administration, law librarian and records manager, and director of marketing. She started her career at the University of Denver College of Law Library.

PERSONAL PROFILE
An Ohio native, Connie loves her adopted state of Colorado. She enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, reading, yoga, hiking, and traveling. She has visited 38 U.S. states and 13 foreign countries on four continents. She lives in Lafayette with her husband Mike with whom she celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary in 2009 by attending eight Bruce Springsteen concerts, including one in Spain and two at Madison Square Garden. Connie and Mike have two daughters.
