LMA Ohio is excited to release the complete agenda for our fourth annual, full-day Legal Practice Development Institute, set for Oct. 21 in Cleveland. The institute features nationally recognized presenters who will share industry insights and tools designed to help attendees bring sophisticated marketing and business development initiatives back to their firms.
The carefully planned agenda includes:
- A managing partner panel focusing on best practices for working with marketing and business development professionals.
- Tim Corcoran, 2014 LMA international president, who will give a presentation about law firm finance that has been getting rave reviews to standing-room only crowds across the LMA community.
- Leonardo Inghillleri, former senior vice president of human resources at The Ritz Carlton and nationally recognized client service expert, will share his insights about key client service strategies for law firms
- A law professor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law and an economist from PNC will discuss the changing dynamics of law firms and the practice-specific nuances that have become even more pronounced since the recent recession
- Leading diversity experts from Faegre Baker Daniels and K&L Gates will discuss best practices for “walking the walk” in implementing a successful diversity initiative at your firm.
