LMA received reports that hotel brokers have contacted LMA members to solicit the purchase of hotel rooms. These brokers are misrepresenting LMA as well as the status of room rates and availability at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel for the 2015 LMA Annual Conference. These brokers are not affiliated or endorsed by LMA, the annual conference or the American Conference Institute (ACI). Brokers soliciting your business have been known to accept payment without confirming room reservations. If this occurs, the hotel has no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting.
Do not fall victim to this practice. There is only one, official, exclusive housing block for this event that can be accessed directly from LMA’s website and through instructions on the conference brochure.
