The second annual 2014 LMA P3 Conference brought together pricing, project management and practice innovation experts from nearly half of the Am Law 200 law firms to explore practical solutions to real issues faced by law firms today.

The P3 Conference was a great venue for people from medium-sized and smaller firms to learn about the best practices that are emerging from the innovative work at larger firms. No firm is immune to pricing pressures. Firms of all sizes must develop expertise in these areas in order to survive in the long run.
