TED Talk #1: Evolution or Revolution? – The State and Future of the “3 Ps”

The P3 community was established with three primary goals in mind:

1. Providing professional development for those on the bleeding edge of industry change;
2. Developing a knowledge base of best practices; and
3. Encouraging the development of products and services focused on solving P3 needs.

With this being our third P3 Conference, it is the right time to step back and assess how we are doing relative to our initial goals and to explore how the industry is responding to the changes the three Ps represent.

Toby will explore the progression of the three Ps and how they have arrived at their current space in the legal market, and share his thoughts and insights on where the three Ps are headed.

There has been talk about legal disruption for quite some time, but, over the past few years, legal operations professionals in in-house departments and pricing directors at law firms have begun to walk the walk. Naturally, the much-anticipated tipping point in our industry is within sight. Amar will share his thoughts about how the journey will proceed from here.
