Eric Schwartz is a marketing, communications and business development manager at the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Eric has held various marketing positions since 1991 and has worked in professional services marketing since 2004.
Eric has been a member of the Rocky Mountain LMA chapter since 2006 and served as a program chair for two years—serving as Member-at-Large for one of those two years. He was President-elect in 2010 and served as President in 2011.
Before joining GT, Eric held various legal marketing and business development positions at a regional law firm in Denver. Before that Eric worked in the Qwest, Inc. law department where he worked in management.
Through his combined positions he has gained experience in strategic planning, communications, management, public and media relations, database design and management, web design and management, event planning, advertising, trade show management and training. In addition to Eric’s work for companies in the U.S. and abroad, he has done freelance public relations, marketing and business development consulting.
Eric earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Spanish from Colorado State University and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado. He also holds a certificate in Contract Law from George Washington University. In addition to his professional positions, Eric was a board member for The Alexander Foundation from 2001-2008, holding the chair position from 2003-2008. He is currently on the Downtown Denver Partnership Economic Development Committee.
