CRM can be integral to useful information gathering as long as it is implemented the right way. Our panel of experienced CRM and Marketing professionals will discuss the successes and failures they have experienced while attempting this daunting task. Among other topics, the panel will cover:
- Business development efforts worth tracking
- Types of data contained in meaningful reports
- Actionable information
- Measuring ROI from business development activities with CRM
John Barber of White and Williams will moderate the discussion. We invite you to submit questions via email to barberj@whiteandwilliams.com prior to this program.
