LMASE Mentor Match Program

Are you are a relative newcomer to legal marketing and looking for a mentor to guide you through the nuances of marketing and business development for lawyers? Are you a seasoned legal marketer willing to impart the wisdom you have garnered from years of experience in the legal profession on individuals who are new to the business of law? Or, are you experienced enough to take that next step in your career and need a mentor at the top to help you get there? If any of these roles apply to you, consider joining the LMASE Mentor Match program.
 
Based on the tremendous feedback we received, we are re-opening admittance to the LMASE Mentor Match 2016 program. We are collecting applications now through March 1st, just in time for the LMA Annual Conference. If you are already a member of the program, you need not reapply.
 
Through the LMASE Mentor Match program, mentees can expect to receive advice and feedback related to personal career goals, work/life balance, and navigating law firm culture. Mentors are encouraged to provide access to their own professional networks and share resources such as thoughtful, timely articles, seminars and reports.
 
At the end of 2016, Matches have the opportunity to be paired with another LMASE member or continue with their current relationship. LMASE will organize opportunities for mentees to meet their mentor matches at annual LMA and LMASE Conferences.
 
We hope you will take advantage of this exclusive members-only benefit. Deadline to turn in your application is March 1st.
