With assistance from marketing associate Jenny Patterson, also an LMA Member, and in collaboration with digital agency Moncur, the firm spent more than a year on the project, starting with internal reviews of their old site, gathering client perspectives, and researching industry trends. The new website features optimized content, enhanced biographies, an upgraded search bar, interactive Google maps, and many other enhancements that provide visitors with easy access to information, news, blogs, and related events. More importantly, the firm saw a 2200% jump in year-to-year traffic on the Monday following our launch. Detroit City Group Member Takes the Stage in Ann Arbor
Roy Sexton, senior vice president of corporate affairs at Trott Law in Farmington Hills, Michigan, is set to star in “Urinetown, the Musical” presented by Ann Arbor’s Penny Seats Theatre Company. The 2001 Tony-award-winning satirical comedy takes place in an absurd dystopian future where one must pay to pee, and it lampoons corporate bureaucracy, pie-in-the-sky optimism, revolution without a plan, and the musical theatre genre itself. Roy plays Lockstock, the corrupt, oblivious narrator and small-town cop who uses bullying and arbitrary enforcement of ridiculous laws to keep the people oppressed. The show runs July 30-August 1, August 6-8, and August 13-15. For tickets and information, please visit www.pennyseats.org.
