Third Annual Future Leaders Boot Camp!

We are excited to invite members with less than 10 years of professional experience to join us for the third annual Future Leaders Boot Camp hosted by the 2016 LMA New England Board. This afternoon program will feature an interactive lunch with board members, followed by a series of sessions designed to sharpen your professional skills and enhance your role within your firm or company. Attendees will have a chance to learn from former and fellow Future Leaders, managers and directors who have worked in firms of all sizes. Each offers a diverse perspective on the best ways to succeed in the fast-changing legal environment. The event ends with the opportunity to network amongst your peers and previous LMA New England Presidents.
This year's theme is "Communication, Collaboration and Credibility: Managing Your Personal Brand and Being an Ambassador for Your Department" and topics include:
- Developing the best communication skills for communicating with everyone at your firm, whether in-person, in writing, or in a presentation
- Collaborating with other departments and understanding ROI
- Mastering the art of consistency to gain credibility amongst others in your department and the firm
- How to prioritize projects and when to ask for help
