We are searching for a Digital Support Specialist to join our Business Development and Marketing Team! The Digital Support Specialist will play a key role in driving digital components of multi-channel campaigns by collaborating with our communication team to support our online presence and optimize the user experience. The person in this role will be responsible for creating, executing and analyzing social media marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM and other digital assets programs. Among other tasks this role will manage email marketing tactics and drive the QA process to ensure accuracy of content and links of all web assets.
The Specialist must be able to communicate and coordinate with high level executives and contacts, both internally and externally, in a professional and positive manner. In addition, s/he must be willing to accept ownership of projects and be successful in driving those projects, as well as daily tasks, to a successful conclusion.
It is essential that this person be a self-starter and able to work well both in a team environment as well as independently. This role is expected to be a substantive contributor to the outcomes described and must ensure that excellent client service and client satisfaction are attained in all areas. In addition, in accordance with the firm’s Client Service Initiatives, the Specialist must consistently display good judgment and have effective interpersonal communications. Confidentiality and discretion are required consistently.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage (create, execute and analyze) social media marketing campaigns, SEO, SEM and other digital assets as needed
- Manage email marketing tactics using proven best practices
- Drive strong QA process to ensure accuracy of content and links of all web assets
- Execute emails on schedule in support of broader, multi-channel campaigns
- Prepare ongoing email reports to support other lead nurturing elements
- Support the development and execution of webinarsMonitor and analyze web analytics to manage firm websites; provide direction to firm leadership about firm websites
- Maintain updated, accurate CRM information
- Identify opportunities for improvement in systems setup and functionality
- Identify trends and insights that could negatively impact or benefit our digital assets

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:
- Three to four years’ experience working in B2B marketing, with experience in directly managing online marketing programs
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- A passion for digital and customer engagement
- Understanding of email best practices, email production and email marketing concepts
- Understanding of how aspects of a marketing program impact email deliverability (i.e. message content, design, opt-ins)
- Strong project management skills
- Understanding of set up and optimization of SEM campaigns
- Understanding of SEO
- Understanding of social media marketing
- Experience with marketing automation software a plus
- Data manipulation skills
- Ability to prioritize projects, many with tight deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills that are technically sound, grammatically correct and without typographical errors
- Excellent attention to detail

Education and Experience Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent work experience required
- Three to four years’ experience working in B2B marketing, with experience in directly managing online marketing programs
- Ideal candidate will have at least three years’ experience with CMS or DAM
- Minimum of two years’ background in graphic arts, digital media, advertising, printing or web publishing
- Experience working in database systems is not required but is considered a plus
