Given the inconvenience that this caused this morning, we feel it is our duty to inform you of the cause of this issue. The provider let us kjnow that their email server encountered an issue that caused the email sending process to get stuck in a loop. Measures were taken to remedy this issue as soon as the problem was identified in order to cease any additional emails from being sent. While this issue was unforeseeable, the provider has assured us that they are doing what they can to ensure that this problem is not encountered in the future.
