Law Firm Advertising and Social Media Rules
Speaker: Gene Major, Attorney Compliance Division Director at the State Bar of Texas
Gene Major has served as a compliance officer with the State Bar of Texas since 1998. He will provide an update on the latest State Bar of Texas Rules as they pertain to law firm advertising and social media. He was the director of the Lawyer Referral Information Service and liaison for local bar association referral services with the State Bar. He also has worked on various projects at the State Bar including two referenda. As the director of Advertising Review, Mr. Major works as the staff contact for the Advertising Review Committee and liaison with the chief disciplinary counsel.

- Walk-in registration: $25.

Non-Members:
