Attend the Northeast Regional LMA Conference — on us!
The LMA Boston Local Steering Committee is pleased to announce a scholarship contest to send two local members to the Annual LMA Northeast Regional Conference at the Marriott Downtown in Philadelphia on Friday, November 10.
Submit your application for an opportunity to take part in our region’s premier educational and networking event, bringing together more than 300 legal and professional services marketing and business development professionals. Scholarship recipients will receive one full conference registration and travel reimbursement (up to $400) for transportation and lodging.
Scholarship recipients are highly encouraged to attend the Thursday evening pre-conference reception, hosted by the LMA Northeast Regional Board of Directors, to network with presenters, LMA leaders and other members.
To enter:
- Write an essay of no more than 350 words describing why you believe you should receive this scholarship.
- Send your completed essay to Jahna Barbar at jbarbar@seyfarth.com by 5 p.m.ET on Friday, October 13, 2017. No extensions will be given.
- A panel of judges will review all entries, and the winners will be announced at the Boston lunch program on Thursday, October 19th*.
- The contest is open to all Northeast Region members in good standing**.
Winners will be featured on our digital platforms and will write about their conference experience in an LMA Northeast newsletter.

* Please note: you do not need to be present at the October Lunch to accept your scholarship.
** The Local Steering Committees for New York and Philadelphia will also offer two conference scholarships to Northeast Region members. Members are eligible to receive only one scholarship and must apply to their respective local group.
