The LMA-Bay Area Chapter Annual Technology Conference Committee is looking to partner with a design company for 2014. The conference will take place October 15-16, 2014 in San Francisco. This trade sponsorship would include the following elements:
 
What we need: 

• Design for conference website (lmatechconference.com) on Wordpress (or other)
• Ad design:  Print and banner ads
• Email event invitations
• Design of Conference brochure (60-75 pages).
• Event signage

What we offer:

Gigabyte level sponsorship to the Conference, which provides visibility at the preeminent event dedicated to the use of technology in law firm industry marketing. Benefits include:

• A seat on the 2014 conference committee (planning meetings begin in January and attendance can be  by phone/web login)
• 3 Admissions to the Tech Conference
• Premium placement in the Exhibit Area
• Logo: In “Gigabyte” section of: advertising, communications, signage, intro slide show, on LMA website with link, promotional video, on passport to prizes.
• Program: Full page ad.
• VIP Dinner: 1 admission, additional person: $250. Maximum two people.
• Acknowledgement at event in sponsor thank you announcements
• Table in conference exhibit hall
• Attendee Contacts: One week before conference and one week after the conference.
• Literature: In conference bag

Design firm will get tagline credit on website and program.
