This fall, LMA will debut a leadership development experience, in partnership with Lead Star™, that is custom designed for legal marketing professionals. The program will include:
- A personal assessment of each participant’s leadership style and its impact on their ability to achieve results
- Individual leadership coaching sessions to support implementation of lessons
- Access to online learning resources and social exchange with cohort participants
- Personal Action Plan development to guide the participant in achieving next-level success
The program will be held November 15-16 at LMA Headquarters in Chicago, IL. Keep an eye out for more details. Registration will open this summer.
