On October 13, 2015, the Rocky Mountain Legal Marketing Association and the University of Denver Sturm College of Law Office of Career Development & Opportunities co-hosted “A Day in the Life of Corporate Counsel.”
General counsels from three of Colorado’s top corporations provided insights on their decision-making processes and answered questions from the audience. The speakers were Stephen Gottesfeld from Newmont Mining, Lucia Padilla from Denver Health, and Rob Simmons from Molson Coors. Topics ranged from communication with in-house counsel to the effectiveness of RFPs and proposals.
This was also an opportunity to meet and network with the law school’s faculty, staff, and students.
