Clare, Rae and Marci will also discuss how to get a project back on track when it has derailed due to scope creep, indecision and competing priorities This panel will also translate an actionable checklist of tasks that will help drive successful outcomes with vendors and projects into project management basics that should be applied by legal marketers at all levels and roles, including operations, technology, business development, events and communications.

  • Clare Block, Director of Marketing, Flaster Greenberg PC
    • Clare Block has worked in-house and consulted for law firms throughout her 25 year legal marketing career.  Clare has negotiated, managed and implemented a wide range of vendor contracts over the course of her career including public relations, graphic design, photography and website development projects.  She has managed projects for both large and small law firms and brings a practical, down-to-earth approach along with a good sense of humor to her role.
  • Rae Ritter, Director of Client Service and Marketing, Legal Internet Solutions Incorporated (LISI)
    • Rae Ritter has more than ten years of experience in legal marketing for national and international firms, with a primary focus on technology and digital marketing. She has collaborated with vendors to launch branding campaigns, websites, blogs, CRM systems and proposal solutions. Rae recently crossed into the vendor world with Legal Internet Solutions Incorporated, where she leverages her experience with the unique challenges legal marketers face into successful client relationships
  • Marci Krufka Taylor, Founder, Mantra Partner
    • Marci Krufka Taylor is a strategy consultant for professional services firms and corporate law departments. She advises clients on strategy, marketing and management issues, client relations programs and professional development. Previously, Marci served as the Director, Marketing Operations for an AmLaw200 firm. In that role, she was responsible for the management of the marketing operations team, key firm marketing initiatives and practice group business development efforts. Marci began her career in the practice of law with a firm in Philadelphia.
