Marketing Audits Lead to Improved Marketing Performance

12:00-1:00 p.m.

Davis, Malm, D’Agostine, PC
One Boston Place

This Small Firm SIG Workshop will provide an overview of the marketing audit process and a step-by-step guide for conducting an audit at your firm. Presenters Lisa Murray and Lisa Ramsey Woodford will demonstrate how to assess and measure the overall marketing function, while identifying opportunities for improvement.

Legal marketers today face increased pressure to build engaging law firm brands, drive growth and prove a return on investment. A marketing audit can address these issues by helping you to better align and integrate marketing and business development processes. Research areas typically include:

  • Firm infrastructure and culture
  • Brand position and messaging
  • Marketing processes, data sources, systems and tools
  • Marketing skills and proficiency
  • Internal and external communication
  • The competitive landscape
  • Client surveys/interviews
  • Performance management
  • Firm resources and training

Email Joanne Thorud (jthorud@davismalm.com) to RSVP. Please plan to bring your lunch. Drinks and desserts will be provided.

The SIG workshop is free for LMANE members who are in-house professionals at firms with fewer than 100 lawyers or with two or fewer marketing professionals.
